Red Hen School Meals

WooCommerce Website for Red Hen School Meals

Naz and Andy of Red Hen Cookery recently asked me to redesign their school meals WordPress/WooCommerce website. The existing site had been built without a child theme in place, so they were unable to update the theme without it breaking the website. The theme the website was using was also dated and slow.

As well as the aesthetics side, their customers were struggling to use the website as the user experience was poor, and it was incredibly difficult to use from a mobile device.

I developed a new website for Naz and Andy, with a fresh and clean design. The WordPress framework was utilised so that they can keep the content fresh and up to date, and WooCommerce was integrated for online ordering. The transition was seamless, and both Naz and Andy – and their customers – are delighted with the new website, which is now a pleasure to use and manage.

We both wanted to get in touch to tell you how grateful we are for everything you've done to help us and Red Hen over the last few months. When 100% of our business comes from online, it's incredibly stressful and literally causes sleepless nights when things don't work properly. Ethical Florist Collective

Rosie of The Ethical Florist Collective asked me to design a website for her start-up brand. She wanted to promote her new business, expand her reach, and generate online sales of her ethical floristry supplies.

She also wanted to be able to make content changes as and when needed – without any technical knowledge.

I developed a new website for Rosie, with a fresh and clean design. The WordPress framework was utilised so that she could keep the content fresh and up to date. I also integrated WooCommerce for online sales, WooCommerce Subscriptions for a membership service she offers, and ProfileGrid to promote members of the Collective. Rosie was delighted with the end result.

I came to Andrea with quite a complex brief of how I wanted my website to function.
Andrea created a beautiful site that functions exactly how I want it to. She is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend.

Granny’s Attic tasked me with the redesign of their existing website, as they wanted to expand their reach and promote their albums with online sales. They also wanted to be able to make content changes as and when needed, without any technical knowledge.

I therefore developed a new website for them with a clean and minimal design, utilising the WordPress framework so that they could keep the content fresh and up to date. WooCommerce was also integrated for the sale of their albums, books, and tracks.

Andrea was really great to work with. She understood the brief really well and built a site that was exactly what we were after. Lots of capability including an online shop. Really clean looking site that does everything we need it to, simply, and well!

Singletons Nurseries came to me for a complete website redesign, as their existing website didn’t have e-commerce functionality for online ordering. It was also very slow, outdated, and it wasn’t mobile-friendly. They felt they were losing a lot of business because of this.

I therefore developed a new website for them with a bespoke, clean and attractive design, utilising the WordPress framework as a CMS. The resulting sales speak for themselves, and they were thrilled with the results.

I have since integrated a wholesale ordering system for their allotment and trade customers, and I continue to support the website with regular updates each month.

Andrea offers us exceptional service and ongoing support with the website, continually updating and monitoring all our feedbacks, reviews, or customer questions along with updating all stock. 65bit Software tasked me with the redesign of their existing website, as they felt it was outdated and didn’t offer the features they needed. They also wanted to be able to make content changes as and when needed, without any technical knowledge.

I therefore designed a brand new bespoke website for them with a fresh and clean design, utilising the WordPress framework so that they could keep the content fresh and up to date. The website was also integrated with FastSpring for online sales of their Adobe InDesign plug-ins. Mark and Ian were thrilled with the end result.

The website was redesigned and built upon the WordPress framework, with WooCommerce intragration for website sales, and it is yielding fantastic results.
